Au d\u00e9part, il portait principalement sur la mise en oeuvre des projets de d\u00e9veloppement et la mise \u00e0 jour des contradictions, malentendus et r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tations qu\u2019ils suscitent. Par la suite, il s\u2019est \u00e9tendu aux politiques publiques et aux institutions de l\u2019aide internationale.
